Moms, sama seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya, di tahun ini Mother&Baby kembali menyelenggarakan Readers Choice Award (RCA). Mother&Baby Reader's Choice Awards sendiri merupakan agenda rutin Mother&Baby setiap tahun untuk memilih sekaligus sebagai ajang penghargaan untuk produk-produk ibu, bayi, balita dan keluarga pilihan. Produk-produk ini dipilih melalui angket pembaca melalui online survey di website maupun sosial media Mother&Baby selama kurun waktu kurang lebih 2 bulan.
Yang sedikit berbeda di tahun 2020 ini, acara pemberian penghargaan RCA 2020 tak bisa dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya, Moms. Pandemi yang sedang terjadi saat ini mengharuskan M&B menyelenggarakan ceremony secara virtual. Namun, tentu saja hal ini tidak mengurangi antusiasme M&B, para brand, dan Moms tentunya, ya.
Tahun ini, terdapat 3 kategori utama, yakni kategori Produk untuk Ibu Hamil & Menyusui, Produk untuk Bayi & Balita, serta Produk Perawatan Khusus, yang kemudian terbagi lagi menjadi 31 sub-kategori. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang didapat dari 1.976 pengisi survei, berikut produk-produk favorit yang terpilih sebagai Top Three dan Best of The Best Mother&Baby Reader's Choice Award 2020!
